FAQ'S
I want to send in my clubs. What is the process?
The first step will be to reach out to us via e-mail or social media to discuss your design. Once we verify that we can meet your expectations, you may ship your clubs to us or make an appointment to drop them off. Once received, we will send mock-ups of the design for you to review. No work will begin until you approve the design. If you are ordering online, you can ship directly to us to save time & money!
What does it cost to engrave a club?
Due to the nature of custom work, the prices can vary from job to job. Typically, prices will start at $75 and increase depending on factors such as design, paint, and multiple setups. There are some exceptions so it’s best to contact us for a quote.
Do I need to remove the shaft from my club?
Most of the time, no - we can engrave most clubs with the shaft in place. However, if you are requesting the sole of a putter to be engraved, the shaft will need to be removed to fit under the laser. If you are shipping clubs to us, it’s worth mentioning that removing the shaft will save you money on shipping fees.

What file formats do you need for graphics or logos?
AI, SVG, DXF, & EPS are preferred although we can accept JPG, PNG, or PDF as long as they’re high resolution. Graphics should be simple, 2D, and solid colours with clear lines of contrast. Photos or images with many colours & shades are typically not suitable. Please contact us if you’re unsure about a particular graphic.
Do you have a minimum order?
No! You can order a 1 of 1 item that will be custom made for you. If you’re interested in multiple pieces or wholesale orders, discounts can be applied. Contact us for a quote!
